“However well-focused your spiked speakers sound, I’m fairly certain you will hear an improvement with these IsoAcoustics footers that you won’t want to give up—and this is on a concrete floor! On suspended wooden floors, the isolating effects and the improvement in soundstage width and center image focus should be even more profound.” – Michael Fremer, Stereophile Full Review.

“Installing the GAIA isolators on my KEF Blades gave the biggest improvement in sound I have ever heard on the system. Better than changing cables or electronics, the noise floor was lower, the focus was better, and the bass went deeper. All around a total success.” – Greg Wurth, Grammy Nominated Producer

“I am tremendously impressed with what the GAIA isolators are able to achieve. Typically, I tend to be very skeptical, but after hearing them, I was immediately blown away by the difference the GAIAs produced. After a few weeks of having them installed and putting them to the test during our most recent BSO recording at Symphony Hall, I continue to be impressed and amazed. We have them paired with the already phenomenal B&W 802D speakers — Somehow, these isolators are able to make these truly amazing speakers sound even better! The low end is clearer and more defined, there is an increased sense of depth, and the imaging is even more amazingly precise. Truly incredible!” – Nick Squire, Head Recording Engineer

“As we have seen in a number of our installations using other IsoAcoustics mounts, the WSDG team was very impressed with the improved clarity, imaging and time domain improvements that the Gaia 1 isolators provide. I expect to see more of these packages become a “required option” for larger floor mount monitor systems in our rooms. Dave, thanks again of your hard work to create this product.” – John Storyk, Founding Partner of WSDG

Gaia I

Up to 220 lbs (100KG) Maximum Per Speaker.

GAIA I isolators provide improved sound clarity and openness for floor standing speakers and subwoofers weighing 220 lbs (100KG) or less.

GAIA I isolators are finished with a machined stainless steel housing with an elegant dark chrome finish. Incorporating IsoAcoustics patented design principles, the GAIA I provides a high degree of isolation while resisting lateral movement and oscillations to maintain alignment with the listening position. Internal reflections from the hard-supporting surface are attenuated resulting in greater sound clarity and openness. The GAIA I will reveal clarity and openness from your speakers like you’ve never heard.

The sound stage blossoms to open up a three-dimensional image of natural, spatial sound.

Thread Sizes For All Speakers

GAIA isolators come with thread adaptors for the 3 most common thread sizes which fit the majority of speakers. Alternative thread sizes are available upon request through IsoAcoustics distributors.

Patented Isolation Technology

GAIA isolators are made from a high quality stainless steel construction, incorporating the IsoAcoustics design philosophy that combines precision and a passion to deliver extraordinary acoustic results.

How to Install GAIA Isolators

Optimal results are achieved by installing the GAIA isolators with the logo facing the listening position, or rotated 180 degrees, to align the isolators with the speaker’s motive forces. Lift and place the speakers into position as the GAIA lower isolators will adhere to the supporting surface.

The GAIA’s are threaded into the base of the speaker or subwoofer to replace the existing spikes or feet. Threading the GAIA’s into the base of the speaker creates a strong connection with the speaker. With the top of the GAIA housing connected with the speaker and the bottom of the GAIA connected to the supporting surface, all of the energy is then managed by the GAIA’s internal isolator.

The GAIA I includes thread adaptors for sizes M8-1.25, M12-1.25 and ¼”-20. Alternative thread size adaptors are available upon request through IsoAcoustics distributors.
